On 4/14/21 went to quest for a fasting test i did not make an app but i was waiting from 7 am to 3 pm and no one tell me why i was not call to do my labs i was dizzy and i have to leave because i was about to faint, staff was rude and no one explain to me what was going on. i understand that app are first but 8 hours waiting is brutal and inhuman, Quest Dx in ****** located in ****************************************** has the worst staff ever they not care about pts at all, no compassion, no human touch , no cares for older... read more

1 star because the wasnt an option to give 0 stars. I have been fighting a **** that was sent in error since August 2020 (its now April 2021). The claim was submitted twice by the drs office. It was paid through insurance but Quest keeps sending me an invoice. *** called multiple times waiting on hold for 20+ mins each time and sent emails through their online service but I still keep getting the same $160 invoice! It is beyond ridiculous! It shouldnt take this long to resolve a simple problem like a duplicate claim. I feel ... read more

It is impossible to get a hold of your personal records. The website doesnt have any option to request records. Hold times are hours long. Lastly I SW ******** C, billing supervisor after speaking with multiple other representatives who was extremely inefficient. Quest representatives give such a hard time on the phone plus place you on 15+ min hold and sometimes disconnect right after or cold transfer you having tire verify everything again and waste more time. Worst Service ever!

I was a walk in for routine bloodwork today and there was 2 people in the waiting room. The man at the counter who said they only take appointments. I replied and said that I walk in all the time and there wasn't any issue, and there are 2 people in the waiting room at that time. He said he made an appointment for me later that day and as someone who works, I can't come back and forth. I shared that with him and asked him to go and ask the staff if they could take me sooner. The. Worst. If I had been given a choice of which lab to go to, I'd have gone anywhere else. They have zero methods of retrieving prior bills online. So if you toss your bill after submitting to an FSA and then get asked for a copy for proof of what was done, you're SOL. They provide a phone number for "Customer Service", but no matter how many times you call, you'll never actually get anyone. I was on hold, then the other end just suddenly went silent. Unless insurance is paying for your results, literally use any other lab as quest is way over priced and not the slightest bit competitive. They were unwilling to lower the price to even be close to other competitors and one lady was super rude to me before i asked to speak to a supervisor.

WORST service ever. Staff is extremely rude and doesn't care about the patients. Staff began making snarky comments when I presented my ID doubting it was me because I have recently gained a few pounds. Was rude and was trying to reschedule me because she was the only one in the office and had 5 other patients. Overall very rude, would not recommend 0/5 !!!

Terrible company, I am never using them again. They can't seem to get their billing straight, I've told them multiple times they need to send bill to BOTH primary and secondary insurance, I've called them on this multiple times, I have also left both insurance informations with them each time I go. This time they not only refused to bill my secondary they also sent me to collections, once in collections they refused to work with me, I contacted my secondary insurance who told me they would reimburse me the payment but need a... read more
