Quest Diagnostics performed genetic blood lab tests without first ensuring that insurance would cover the specific tests. My doctor ordered several blood tests and included among them were a couple of genetic tests. Situation: we have been working to get back to ********* for 10 months. Finally have a flight after several cancellations. Staying in temporary accommodation. Contacted me to pay a ******************* and wanted my birth date and other confidential information.
I went in there today use the app like I was told to to cut down on time. I walked in with a walk in. The office had five people sitting in it they take the walk in that walked in with me first before anyone else there. I make a comment as to why they excepting walk-ins before me and other people another woman got up also and wanted to know. A woman with no name tag with tattoos comes out with a snarky , know it all , attitude and tells me not to use the app that the app doesnt work and they dont go by the app. Ok ? Really? ... read more
Complete Incapable and Useless. Simple test which normally take 3- 5 days, these morons take double the time. Management needs to change or they need to shutdown their business.
I made 2 payment plan with them and their account still showing a balance and they seem cannot locate where is the 1st payment . It takes a day for the payment to process from my account and weeks for the investigation. No one replied from the email and endless conversation from the customer **********************. Poor company and lack of support
On 8/9/21 I went to get basic preventive blood work for my yearly physical which was 100% covered through my health insurance company with zero co-pay for preventive yearly physical blood work. they requested my credit card information and said it was company policy but not to worry I wouldn't be charged. the same day when I got home I received a credit card charged for $40.00 the opening sentense stated this is not a ****?????. My last visit for my blood work with, ******* was a mess. I simply asked if she would mind taking blood from a certain vien and then it was on. Not only did she cop an adittude, she proceeded to recite her resume. I explained to her it's not the phlebotomist, it's me and my arms. She proceeded to get worse and cleaned the site and bang the needle went in and most painful experience ever.
