Quest Diagnostics in *********** is terrible both in practice and patient services. I do not recommend them whatsoever. I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation number (useless). My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and I was in the waiting room at 9:15 and never left the area. On entering there is no receptionist, no way to reach anyone if there is a problem or concern. The worse lab you could possibly use. Inept, rude and incompetent service. The employees at the *************** location in Brooklyn, ** refused to honor my lab req (their mistake - entering the wrong NPI number). When I called the doctor and figured out what happened they told me I didn't have an appointment any longer so they couldn't help me. Meanwhile I had a fever and potential blood infection but these people don't care. STAY AWAY.
Be aware that this company sends out duplicate bills 6 months apart in the prospect that you will forget you already paid the first one. Report to the ***** Attorney General if this happened to you.
Horrible! We had out pre-cruise Covid tests done here and were supposed to get the results back in 24 to 48 hours. They were way late causing us to have to pay $100.00 a piece for the 3 of us to be able to go on our cruise. Their website is terrible as we tried to get a hold of someone to find out the reults ..etc. No one ever got back to us and the results were way late. Never again!!!
I bought a Covid test that was needed for a cruise, and was told the test results would be returned by 48 hours. We didnt receive the results for 7 days after writing, calling, going on their chat trying to get anywhere with this company. We had to do another test the night before our cruise and didnt return home until after midnight. It was extremely inconvenient.
Awful. Just awful. Had to call twice to try to pay a *********************. Since having a house fire we get no mail forwarded at this time. I called twice, waiting more than 20 min each time since I saw the charge on my app. Once I spoke to someone the second time, she tried to transfer me to someone to help--got disconnected. I tried to send an email through contact us--wouldn't go through & sent me to some billing site. So difficult. Terrible company. Never go here. Quest Diagnostics is one of my approved laboratories by my insurance. I had work done last august. The **** was $810. Normally the charge to me is about $10 after my insurance pays. This time Quest has been unable to properly charge my insurance. I have talked with Quest at least three times and each time they have said they are going to straighten it out and charge my insurance company properly. Quest Diagnostics missed filed a **** and said I owned them money, this was part of a routine physical and they run 6 different labs and a miss file caused a large amount of anxiety and headaches. I had to call the insurance company and the doctors office and then had to call Quest 3 times to get to a resolution and be passed around from one person to another person. The quest diagnostics in Randalls at ********** needs upper management to be involved. This is a horrible representation of what Quest is. Please send someone in upper management to check out this place. Everyone is this facility should be removed and the place sanitized and start all over again. The check in process is horrible and the ** messaging is very confusing. Please shut this place down or start over.
