I do not understand those few horrible reviews that I just read regarding QTC Medical ************* I had wonderful service through the what do you call her agent I guess ***********************. She got with me right away via email phone call attempt which I was later able to call her back when I I saw I missed her call. I receive approximately 8 - 10 automated phone calls & multiple ************** every day at unreasonable times of the day and night to schedule an appointment.I call everyday and wait on hold approximately 45 minutes each time. Everyday I'm told that they cannot find a provider and that I need to wait for a live person to call me directly. When I ask about the volume of calls, ************** I receive daily I am told that there is nothing they can do about it and that I'll have to deal with it until they can find a provider.... read more
They call with a recorded message telling me to call the same number back. I've been on hold for 30 mins on three different occasions. This is poor service. I don't actually know what they are even handling for me.
Why the VA uses these people is beyond me. They waste so much time and effort, and trying to call them to get an appt is time consuming because they put me on hold for over 10 minutes 5 times. They ***** a one page letter informing me Ive been referred, theyve robo called me at least 4 times, texted me 4 times, just to tell me the same thing over and over. Frustrated with these people.
Spent 45 minutes on hold and never actually got through to anyone. After reading the reviews, I do believe that this is probably the worst company Ive ever even attempted to deal with. Why do veterans get ignored and left on hold for unreasonable amounts of time. Every single one of you in this organization should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Karma will get you all.
I had an appointment scheduled today for ****. I showed up at **** and they said "we'll be right with you, have a seat in the hall" at ****, 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled I was put in a room and they shut the door. After 30 minutes of waiting in the room (****) I opened the door hoping someone would at least see me and say something but there was no movement in the office. Another one of VA scams to disaprove claims. You can see by the reviews that this is another one of those reasons why so many veterans get denied. Companies like this is the reason why so many vets commit suicide. I fully blame them for the horrible service they provide us after what we went thru for their freedom. Shame on them. They will all answer to God for what they done.
I completed my evaluation before I was notified according to the management team. They said do not worry because they have checked the boxes.This is fraud and they admitted quilt, I am looking for a lawyer to help me *** them!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a disabled veteran this company underserves the veterans it sees, abuses communication as a billing practice to the US Government and ignores paperless settings. I get daily QTC FedEx packages from the time they receive my claim until I am seen. This is not only obnoxious, it’s sets my dogs on high alarm as FedEx employees approach my house daily.
