This company is absolutely horrible. What happened to LHI!!!!!!!! I am deploying and have had to take time out of work to call almost every day to get things done to schedule a ***. I had to call with the Dr. ******* twice during the *** because the rep did not set me up properly in the system and the Dr. wasted time while I called to get them to input the data so he could complete the ***. Is there anything lower than one star that I can choose What a complete and utter terrible company from the time I have had to deal with them because the Va shuffled me to them. They have been nothing but canfrontational bullying me in the making an appointment I did not wantna make told me if I didn't do it that they would cancel the appointment and put a halt on my claim. Response and appointment times have been professional and punctual. Many text messages about upcoming appointments. The doctors giving the exams however?????They are not allowed to give the patient the report or diagnosis they decided on.In my experience most have been general practitioners and not in specialized medicine where my diagnosis was aimed.*********** from the VA regarding C&P claims provided by QTC have not been in my favor.Since their cash revenue comes from the *********************** it seems QTC are biased to... read more

Absolutely terrible service. Lost my records after I went to them for my appointment. Then they came to us for the same services and for some inexplicable reason my records have still not been updated correctly. They continually call me for follow **** when they have made the mistakes. I complete my paperwork, call to schedule an appointment with no providers available for a phone appointment with a provider. They return my call two days later with a voice prompt saying they found one and to continue listening to schedule. W... read more

Absolutely horrible. I was given my information to contact them to schedule my C&P appointment. Was on hold for days. Hours at a time no answer or they hung up shortly after. I was finally able to schedule one appointment that wasn't 100 plus miles away. They then told me in order to schedule the other 2, I had to call Monday. We'll it's Wednesday of the following week and still nothing. I called VA C&P in order to have them know I've tried but QTC is not doing their job. Their call center is horrible. Their mission appears to be making the lives of service members as difficult as possible. They gave me contradictory information which has caused me an enormous waste of time and stress. The managers at the call center are horrible, hard headed and lack any desire to resolve a situation. I didn't think **** poor service was humanly possible.

In my opinion, QTC is the worst! They have it set up so that I had to call them to schedule an appointment, but when I call, I waited an average of close to an hour before someone answered the phone. Then when someone finally answered, they tried to bully me into taking an appointment that is 47 miles over the 50 mile limit for medical appointments. Then they thanked me for my service. It felt like a slap in the face.

I attempted to make a phone call and arrange an appointment but had to disconnect after enduring a 30-minute wait on hold. The wait time was quite extensive, and there seemed to be no resolution in sight. It's rather surprising that a business claiming to be the best in their field doesn't have their operations more streamlined.

Received my notification via ***** the the VA has deferred to QTCM.Com. I tried calling them twice today, 9/27/23. The 1st time was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. The second time, same day a few hours later, waited 40 minutes so I hung up. So much for Quality, Timeliness, and ***************** I'm contacting the VA to let them know that they have a shady company there using to give medical examinations to Disabled Vets. TYPICAL ********** COMPANY. NEVER FOR THE PEOPLE ONLY THEMSELVES
