The First **** was rude and would NOT answer questions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me!! I called back and spoke to a very nice young man who gave me more information than the rude lady. I was then transferred to yet another very rude lady who when I tried to ask questions would raise her voice and talk over me! To whom it may concern,I really have never had a problem or issues with my VA exams with QTC until my appointment today. I won't name any names as of now, but maybe I should not of taken the appointment or possibly rescheduled it for another time. I felt my examiner was not displaying any type of empathy from the very get go. I wish I could give a zero star. Always take forever to get someone answer your phone. Record updates take forever. No way to prove the completion of my appointments. LHI was so much better!

From the first phone call I received, and all the way through the process, every single QTC employee was nothing but kind and considerate.My claim was very complicated and was sent back to QTC 4 different times by the VA. QTC employees kept in contact with me each time and provided me with their phone numbers which they either answered right away or called me back within two days.Thanks QTC for making the process easy for me.

Dear QTC,I understand implementation can be a daunting task. I assess through personal experience that your service is subpar. I respectfully request you allocate the necessary resources to provide the service your page promotes. They've kept me on hold indefinitely, moreover, it is my personal opinion they are not oriented towards assisting military personnel. This company has been giving me the runaround for months. They will have you in hold forever. If youre a military member they are not geared to helping. I was very patient with them until recently. Ive been calling them daily and I finally got a great representative that actually told me the truth and didnt waste my time. Thank-you for your service QTC.
Like others was on hold for 30+ mins.. When I got my "exam" it was done by a person trained to follow V.A. rules.I was diagnosed by a board certified doctor and orthopedic specialist.Now my fate rests in the review from a lesser individual.Does this seem fair?Or,is this just another way to wrong the ex-armed service member!?Wait till we die...then make meaningful changes...QTC is not earning they are leeching.Bad....
