Like others was on hold for 30+ mins.. When I got my "exam" it was done by a person trained to follow V.A. rules.I was diagnosed by a board certified doctor and orthopedic specialist.Now my fate rests in the review from a lesser individual.Does this seem fair?Or,is this just another way to wrong the ex-armed service member!?Wait till we die...then make meaningful changes...QTC is not earning they are leeching.Bad....

I do not understand those few horrible reviews that I just read regarding QTC Medical ************* I had wonderful service through the what do you call her agent I guess ***********************. She got with me right away via email phone call attempt which I was later able to call her back when I I saw I missed her call. She was very very helpful in helping me choose a location here in the ************ ******* area and she's not even in this area. My blood draw location was most excellent and my Industrial Medicine appointm... read more

I receive approximately 8 - 10 automated phone calls & multiple ************** every day at unreasonable times of the day and night to schedule an appointment.I call everyday and wait on hold approximately 45 minutes each time. Everyday I'm told that they cannot find a provider and that I need to wait for a live person to call me directly. When I ask about the volume of calls, ************** I receive daily I am told that there is nothing they can do about it and that I'll have to deal with it until they can find a provider.... read more

They call with a recorded message telling me to call the same number back. I've been on hold for 30 mins on three different occasions. This is poor service. I don't actually know what they are even handling for me.
Why the VA uses these people is beyond me. They waste so much time and effort, and trying to call them to get an appt is time consuming because they put me on hold for over 10 minutes 5 times. They ***** a one page letter informing me Ive been referred, theyve robo called me at least 4 times, texted me 4 times, just to tell me the same thing over and over. Frustrated with these people.
