They're supposed to schedule appointments for service members. I've called every month since they've reached LHI. They're not scheduling the appointment. I have no choicd but to conclude they don't provide the service they say they do.

The First **** was rude and would NOT answer questions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me!! I called back and spoke to a very nice young man who gave me more information than the rude lady. I was then transferred to yet another very rude lady who when I tried to ask questions would raise her voice and talk over me! The VA should find another contractor because these people clearly do not care about Veterans. From the first phone call I received, and all the way through the process, every single QTC employee was nothing but kind and considerate.My claim was very complicated and was sent back to QTC 4 different times by the VA. QTC employees kept in contact with me each time and provided me with their phone numbers which they either answered right away or called me back within two days.Thanks QTC for making the process easy for me.
