I am a disabled vet and I have to schedule appointment but I have been on hold 40 min. Yesterday I was on hold 10 min. This is unacceptable. So what next, are they going to claim I denied to have a exam?

They keep messing up with scheduling my appointments and telling me the previous person that helped me didn't request the right service. I just keep calling and I always get different excuses of why they keep booking and canceling my appointments. Also everyone are not on the same page because every time I get transferred no one is tracking about anything like literally anything that the previous individual helped me with. Worst company ever. They could care less about veterans 9 months I have been waiting for a referral now they say they can not find my records. Made three appointments they messed up transportation all three times. Now I have incredible pain and yet they do nothing. Thinking it is time for a lawsuit.
They call you only to tell you to call them and then you sit there fo 25 minuts listening to "We will ne right with you ". Tried at least 10 times never got through.

This company calls me day in and day out, 4 times one day and twice the next day and sends several texts, 2 ***** envelopes with a single irrelevant paper. I have called them back and spoke to 3 supervisors who do nothing along with various agents and blame it on their autocall system. I looked into them on the *** website and there they have 22 complaints including mine. I have told them I will contact my attorney for harrassment if they continue. Of course, they continue. I have been waiting for six months to get a appointment and they give a different excuse every time I call

Have had appointments with QTC that they have never sent me my travel pay. They have gave me the run around literally all over the state. Hey I need my gas money for my other appointments. The V.A NOW has got me going to appointments all over the state with another company called VES. The V.a & the **** ACT IS A JOKE.

Hours later a computer calls me to have me call them back to schedule, So I call back immediately. After holding, Agent answers phone and starts asking general questions (i.e. name rank and serial number). They asked if I have a preference to a male or female doctor so I replied male. They're supposed to schedule appointments for service members. I've called every month since they've reached LHI. They're not scheduling the appointment. I have no choicd but to conclude they don't provide the service they say they do.
