Received my notification via ***** the the VA has deferred to QTCM.Com. I tried calling them twice today, 9/27/23. The 1st time was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. The second time, same day a few hours later, waited 40 minutes so I hung up. So much for Quality, Timeliness, and ***************** I'm contacting the VA to let them know that they have a shady company there using to give medical examinations to Disabled Vets. TYPICAL ********** COMPANY. NEVER FOR THE PEOPLE ONLY THEMSELVES

QTC is severely worse than the *** program. The process to schedule an appointment is obfuscated and you have to call several times to get it to happen. When you do jump through those hoops, the closest provider ****** miles away! I live in a major populated area where there are clinics, hospitals, and doctors all around. Their service is grossly negligent.

They schedule appointments for me and then cancel them for no apparent reason without notifying me that they were canceled try to schedule appointments for me and the fire cities possible on multiple days rather than doing as many appointments as possible at the same location I think theyre just trying to discourage veterans that need the help

Absolute joke of a company. I cannot believe they have an A+ BBB rating when they have a **** review rating on this site. They will call me to make appointments but only have 3 options available and can only schedule 1 month out, so if you have something going on, they will just kick all your paperwork back to the VA for reprocessing. If you are not available for these follow up appointments they will just kick everything back. They are providing not help to the veteran.
