QTC is severely worse than the *** program. The process to schedule an appointment is obfuscated and you have to call several times to get it to happen. When you do jump through those hoops, the closest provider ****** miles away! I live in a major populated area where there are clinics, hospitals, and doctors all around. Their service is grossly negligent.

They schedule appointments for me and then cancel them for no apparent reason without notifying me that they were canceled try to schedule appointments for me and the fire cities possible on multiple days rather than doing as many appointments as possible at the same location I think theyre just trying to discourage veterans that need the help

Absolute joke of a company. I cannot believe they have an A+ BBB rating when they have a **** review rating on this site. They will call me to make appointments but only have 3 options available and can only schedule 1 month out, so if you have something going on, they will just kick all your paperwork back to the VA for reprocessing. If you are not available for these follow up appointments they will just kick everything back. They are providing not help to the veteran. Examiner could not understand English very well at all,no concept of the exam at all

Im having the exact same issue as ****************** QTC calls and I answer with only a recording on the other end. So I call back like I was instructed to do to schedule an appointment. Im on hold for longer than ***** minutes. Im going to attempt to use the VA only. All of this outside sourcing isnt working.

This outfit has been contracted by the government to handle disability claims medical exams for the department of veterans affairs.They will give you a date and time without a location to be at for the exam and if you call for information, their phone always goes to voicemail and never to have your call returned.The one time I was able to speak with a *******.. she was not able to provide any helpful information and Im not sure exactly what shes employed to do?So since my calls have gone unanswered and no mail nor email rece... read more

This company is a joke. They've called me three times to set up an appointment. All three times I have answered well before the call went to voicemail, and the only choice I've ever heard is an automated recording telling me to call them back to set up an appointment. When I call the number, I am put on hold. One call lasted for about 7 minutes before the line randomly disconnected. 2nd call had me on hold for over 40 minutes without ever speaking to a human being. 3rd call is currently at the 23 minutes **** and mind you th... read more

I would give negative stars if I could. By far the worst medical experience I've ever had. My paperwork, DBQs are incorrect, they say I denied exams that I wasn't asked about and they say exams that they did when they did not. I don't understand why this company is used for military when they have such a poor rating.
