Just like everyone else, had to deal with a wildly unethical company when attempting to resolve a VA claim. Had me drive 200 miles each way to medical appointments and then reimbursed me $14. 6 calls later and they refuse to make it right. I see I'm not alone in my satisfaction level with this excuse or a service to veterans.
If you can, stay away from this place for your medical stuff. They do not care about Veteran's, just money. They will give you the run around and tons of excuses, but no results. The providers don't even try, they just get you in and out as fast as they can and don't really listen to what you are telling them. Unfortunately the VA uses them and as Veteran's we don't really get a choice of who handles our VA exams upon exiting the service. I was informed to go to a private VA examiner at QTC medical service inc. I was not appropriately examined nor treated fairly, and I felt very uncomfortable and honestly did not want to go through the exam process with the assigned nurse ETHEL COHRAN. If I could give a 0 star I would. I was informed through the mail that I had to go into the QTC office for my CMP evaluation for an increase of my already 40% rating for continuing and worsening conditions of my back and migraines from a service connection. I went in on one of the worse day of my pain as it was raining and my condition is aggravated even more on those days. the evaluator examined me for about 3 min altogether and the rest of the time she spent typing. noticing that I had already a rating of 30% for my migrai... read more
