Thank You Purple Parasol!!!! I love the Purple Parasol I bought my dress there last month oct. 2011 and it was gargeous got a nice deal on it too. the services with buying the dress where spectaculare I get a free steaming, I get to choose when I bring it in. I also get a free bodice fitting which is so nice of them. I had a wonderful expirence and am looking forward to seeing my man cry when I come down the isle.

Good grief These ladies that run this place need to crawl back under the rock they came from and start over. I had to be fitted for a bridesmaid gown that I wasn't ordering myself--the bride was handling those purchases on the east coast for us--and after explaining to the consultant that I wasnt purchasing a gown in her store, she wouldn't fit me without charging me $10! Definatlly Recommend GREAT PLACE AAND SELECTION....... I was shopping for a wedding dress and couldnt find anything in the tri cities that fit right well when ur 6'2 its hard to find a dress that is long enuf and may i add that i was 4 months pregnant and i went to davids bridal now those ppl are rude and unproffesional they dont know wat their doing but the parasol does they were able to find me a dress within my budget and able to alter it out for the baby bump great ladies great service they answered all my questions and ... read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I have been into this store a couple of times for wedding gowns. My opinion on it has never changed. First off, this place is a DUMP! They over price EVERYTHING. Look on line, you will find everything way cheaper. PURPLE PARASOL IS A JOKE.

Huge selection I have been here searching for the prom dresses and also my wedding dress. I didn't find it but they had some unique things unlike anywhere else in the Tri-Cities. Along with the formal dresses there were plenty of pageant gowns and accessories like veils, bowties, canes, tuxes/rentals. You can go in and rent a tux for the SAME DAY.

Purple Parasol Bride N' Formal is Wonderful I bought all of my high school formal dresses at Purple Parasol and was always given excellent customer service and quality product. This is a business the Tri-Cities can be proud of.

Unhappy Customer The owners are very hostile, they will not give your deposit back. Do not go there unless you have a written contract. They tell you one price, but then charge you more. If you rent a tux, they do not give you the deposit back, and they will threaten to press charges if they are not returned inless that a week. Definetly would not recommend them to anyone!

oh my go... are they kidding? My daughter's and myself went there the summer of 2007 to look for a bridal gown. We had an appointment for this time. We were told they didn't have time to show us anything, also that we needed to make a decision without even viewing any gowns odd to say the least. The woman that was so unhelpful was extreemly rude. Find a better fitter I bought my wedding dress from them back in 2002. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else now that I think about it. They didn't properly adjust my dress to fit me and my sleeves kept falling off my shoulders. In almost all of my wedding photos you can see my bra strap because the dress kept slipping.
