Purple Parasol Bride N' Formal is a nightmare!!! Ladies... This store has been in the Tri-Cities for years. This store has had the same issues for years. This store ruined my prom way back in 1989 and offered no help to fix their mistake in the 11th hour before my prom. Yes, the owner still hangs up on you or doesn't call you back. Rude Sales, Dirt Dresses This place was HORRIBLE!! Twice we went here and both times, we couldn't get any help, the dresses were stained, two dresses were ripped or the zipper was broken. The sales lady would not help us either time. After muddling through trying on a few wedding dresses (by the way, I had a $1200 budget for a dress - cash), we left and I felt like I should have spray disinfected my entire body! Memorable Experience! My 1st Ever Prom Dress Shopping Experience with my Freshman Daughter and it went Great. The customer Service was good, the choices were good, the prices were Great! We had an eventful time along with my parents. She tried on 3 dresses, chose 1. Altercations are Free! Embarrassing Experiance It was my first homecoming with a date, so I wanted to find a really special dress. I tried on many, and liked some although it wasn't love. Beautiful on the outside, rotten on the inside. What seems to be the best bridal shop in town is not what it seems. Though this shop has been around for years, I doubt it has kept it's customers coming back.
