Go Out Of Your Way to Get Here! I live in the Seattle area and traveled all the way to Kennewick for the service and selection. Thats a big thing for the Purple Parasol to out do the big city with style, service, and selection. Understand its like a 4 hour drive but worth every minute and drop of gas. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! The reviews in regards to the amount of selection at Purple Parasol are correct unfortunately the ones posted about the store's customer service are too. I arrived at Purple Parasol hoping to find the wedding dress of my dreams but like Alice H. was greeted by bitchy sales women who it seemed had judged me by appearance (I was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt) and therefore decided that I was not worth her time. Their alterations need alterations! I purchased a beautiful dress from Purple Parasol but their alteration service was absolutely terrible. I now have two ugly, plastic, white buttons showing on the outside of my dress, sticking out like a sore thumb, in the midst of beautiful embroidery and beading work. Here is the Catch 22, do I leave the ugly things attached or take it off and risk a hole being put in my chiffon/satin gown? What would you do? Would you like to make this choice?

Most amazing shop ever!!! I can't say enough about this place! I went on a whim to find a dress for my senior prom and found the most unique amazing dress out there. They'd only had it for an hour before I bought it!!! Everyone LOVED my dress. I actually went in there today because I've recently become engaged and found the most PERFECT dress ever, even better than my senior prom dress from last year!!! Gets worse every time Do I even have to give them 1 star? They don't deserve it. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after three visits, I know the truth.... they are ALL rude. This place is terrible!!!!! Who are these people leaving POSITIVE reviews? Have you NEVER been to a "real" bridal/formal boutique? This place is a joke. It's filthy, needles all over the floor.
