Pmc is full of bull they really find ways not pay on. A claim but will hound and harrassed for that monthly payment I'm waiting to see if they're going to take care of this claim they really do have you on hold for a long time and they are rude and gets smart and hangs up on you

We see that one of this customer's coverage plans has six (6) prior approved claims, and the other coverage plan has five (5) prior approved claims. With that being said, we also see where our customer spoke to our Claims agent (E.S.) on 5/22/2023 about the transmission being torn down and our need to have an inspector (literally) try to piece this claim together. A second agent of ours (M.T.) spoke to our customer's repair facility, shortly thereafter, about the tear down of our customer's transmission.

Too many employees has been let go in this company. Can not reach customer ********************** or claims department. My mechanic in Jersey does not want to do business no with them. Been on hold on phone for over 4 hours for four days now.

We see that we've approved no less than ten (10) prior claims between his two (2) coverage plans. I signed up to protect my car for about 3years and I tried to file a claim for about 6 months they will not answer you are on hold for hours when they do answer they send you around to everywhere you have been since you had your car they tell you that they're not going to pay because they claim it was pre-existing they will When you ask why they hang the phone up on you MY CAR IS AT THE **** AND iITS GOING TO COST ME ******* TO GET IT FIXED

Made it VERY hard to file, successfully, a claim. Denied claim because during a service, someone at dealership reset OBDC code. PMC required a statement from dealership to that effect. Dealership, rather expectedly, said they knew nothing about that.Attempted to cancel coverage. Website says to use form on website. To date have not found such form. Emails and form submissions appeared to have been willfully ignored. Do not do business with this company.

<p>PMC received an email for the co-registrant of our coverage plan (#******), on 4/25/2023, demanding that we cancel the coverage plan due to a denied claim. PMC was inquiring about the 40,722 miles that were driven after a P0017 code was cleared from our customers' vehicle.</p> <p>PMC honored its customer's emailed cancellation request of 4/25/2023 on 4/26/2023. Start it off, it was OK but as the months pass, they stop answer their phone they did one claim for me and that was it. They stopped doing the free oil change three times a year. It was so hard to get somebody on the phone it is so sad, but love to take people money. I sat down one day and was on hold for eight hours. Just let my phone play that awful music one no pick up.

This business does not seem viable. They took my $79.99 and credit card number to get started. Said they sent me a contract - could review it - and cancel within 30 days to get my money back. I didn't have any 'official' information but did call the *** dealer in my community to check if they were punctual on paying the service expenses. They said they had never heard of them.. This company is completely a scam.. they take your money, and don't fix your vehicle and they have you on hold for so long that you can't even take advantage of the free oil change... I regret getting this warranty with this company.... Not to mention every dealership I spoke to said they don't except their warranty, they're very difficult yo deal with!!!

This business is unbelievable. You pay your money and you can never ever get someone to help you in customer service. They say they have a portal but it’s problems with that. Filing a claim is utterly impossible and that should not be that is what they are there for . I’m trying to file a claim and it’s impossible each time. Expect your car to be in shop atleast 2weeks or more..I pray for this company cause they’re hurting and inconveniencing people on daily basis and that shouldn’t be allowed. We see that our agents spoke to our customer on 4/25/2023 (our customer indicated that she would be taking her vehicle in for a diagnosis), 4/26/2023 (our CS agent provided Claims information) and on 5/4/2023 (when our customer called PMC to start a claim).
