I just joined them a month ago. They told me 3 free oil changes a year. Well I had to wait 30 days before I could use them. So I took it to the shop they recommended to get the oil change and get it for free. They never answered the call after 2 hours. I ended up paying for the ticket myself. A co-worker recommended PMC when I purchased an Audi. When I first called they answered right away and got everything set up for me. After that it’s been HELL! No matter when I call no one answers. They emailed me, from a no reply email, saying to do everything by app. I download the app and still can’t do anything. Can’t do claims, can’t get replies, can’t make any changes, NOTHING! This company is the worst company I think I have delt with ever. I called for 10 days in a row never got an answer. Was on hold starting at 8 am central over an hour at a time still no answer. The parts that I need are covered but still no answer. My car was diagnosed 3 weeks ago and the Ins. I've been paying for this service since 2019 service has been exceptional as of lately I can't get them on the phone no one answer. there were always long hold times, i dropped my car off at 7am, i called the mechanic at 11am, he said his worker has been on hold for 45 minutes, so i didnt want them to get mad so i said , i will call and sit on hold again then go to 3 way. i can not get through over the phone i have combed my email for as many phone numbers as i could and no one picked up, it is now 2:30 pm i sent emails and now the shop is going to close soon now i am forced to pay the full bill i called midas and they said they might reimburse me,

With Protect My Car I have not needed any of there services till i spoke to one agent and they told me since i was with them for three years i have never filed an oil claim which i didn't realize i could so i filed my 1st and ever since then i have yet to get anyone on the phone. My Jeep has been in the shop for 2 weeks and the auto body shop has not been able to get through. I have been trying for 4 days straight and have spent at least 3 hours a day on hold. Any number I called does not connect me to anyone. I cannot even get my car towed somewhere else because no one is answering the phones. I've been paying for this service since 2019. Service has been decent. As of late I can't get anyone on the phone. I'm currently at my local Take 5 trying to process an oil change and have been on hold currently for more than an hour. I tried accessing this portal that they claim would make things easier but of course the portal doesn't work. So I'm just sitting here waiting for someone to answer the phone ...because I have nothing better to do apparently.
