Signed up with Protect My Car ***************** Salesman ***************************** is The Very Best there is. He has the best personality ever and he took his time to explain every single entity of the policy. He gave me a great price on my 2007 ****** Highlander. There are so many extra amenities that come with the policy. I considered purchasing CAR SHIELD but after reading the terrible reviews, purchasing PROTECT MY CAR was a No Brainer! I am So happy that I did.
We recently sold our vehicle and needed to cancel the policy with Protect My Cat but no one from their cancellation department answers the call. They place ** on hold for multiple hours or disconnect the calls. This is very unprofessional and frustrating since we have to take time off work to make the calls. We tried calling multiple numbers listed and still cannot reach a live agent to cancel our policy. We would not recommend this company to anyone else with their poor customer **********************.

This company is a scam. They dont answer any calls even when youre trying to stop charging you monthly subscription. Its been 5 weeks still trying to file a claim. This is garbage, I cant believe theyre still in business !!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and when you need them crickets. Very sad! I believe theyre stealing from us.

I joined protect my car well over 5yrs ago and never missed a payment. I reached out to them prior to taking my car to the dealer to find out what repairs are covered under my plan and after several weeks calling I finally got thru to customer ********************** and they told me to have my service provider to log into the portal as a vendor. This place is a giant scam!!!! Ive had a policy with protect my car since January and still no answer on the phone no reimbursement on oil changes and plenty of neglect & second hand embarrassment!! Ive tried to be patient with them to no prevail. *** had my time of being robbed of my hard earned money looking into a lawsuit just to cover this ridiculous policy Im over it and filing a policy report!!!

Ive been with them going on 3 years and as of January 2023 They dont answer the phones the portal is down. They drafting my monthly payments but want answer any calls. Ive file claims and still havent heard anything.

Very poor customer service. I stayed on hold 4 hours trying to get approval for service. No answer. I've now tried for 3 days and have also had my mechanic try too. I will have to pay and hope to get reimbursed. Better yet, I want to cancel my policy!!!

I just joined them a month ago. They told me 3 free oil changes a year. Well I had to wait 30 days before I could use them. So I took it to the shop they recommended to get the oil change and get it for free. They never answered the call after 2 hours. I ended up paying for the ticket myself. A co-worker recommended PMC when I purchased an Audi. When I first called they answered right away and got everything set up for me. After that it’s been HELL! No matter when I call no one answers. They emailed me, from a no reply email, saying to do everything by app. I download the app and still can’t do anything. Can’t do claims, can’t get replies, can’t make any changes, NOTHING!
