I have been paying this company for several months now. I just went in for my first oil change at Pep Boys and they could never get Protect my car on the telephone and the website always said is in not available at this time. I have been on hold for several hours and on several different days and no one answers or they just hang up after waiting hours at a time. I finally canceled this subscriber with my bank. That service was paid for by our agent (A.D.) on 3/10/2023 using a VPay digital card and we show that those funds have been claimed by PepBoys. I had to get the car repaired to get my wife to work. Both the shop and I waited on the phone for over 2 hours yesterday no answer Waited on the phone today for over 2 hours no answer Sent an e-mail to the claims department, no response that it was received or that the review has started. Please be aware that this is unacceptable customer service and must change. I was told by Protect MyCar agent that once I receive and reviewed my contract if I was unhappy with it I could simply cancel my contract and get a full refund. I have tried calling them and was placed on hold for more than 4 hours yesterday and today I am experiencing the same problem. If I can't get any help over the phone, I would hate to find out what would happen if I needed a car repair.

Ive been trying to get an oil change that they have to approve. My repair shop has been on hold three times for over an hour with no answer. On 2/13/23 I took my truck to the shop as the check engine lights turned on. 2/14/23 the mechanic diagnosed that it was my lifters and I gave him the contract # and claims number to PMC.
