This was the worst company I ever had a experience with!! They never fixed my car I have a 2011 *** X5 after paying them monthlyThey told me I can take it to ********* werkswhen I took the vehicle and tried to make a claim they say we can fix your kind of car we only do 2016 ***** so I had to pay 217 $ for diagnosis out off my pocket they wouldnt pay for .then they only sent half my money back from my policy I have a lawyer working on the case .. I recommend not to chose them at all sad !!

I file a new claim with Protect My Car on 11/08/2022 to have some repairs done on my **** ************** The repair was completed on 11/17/2022 and the total cost of the was $1,241.70 which I pay 50% of the repair and Protect My Car pays 50%. As of 01/09/2023 I have not received my refund check of $620.00. I have call more than serval times checking the status on my refunds. And each time I have been giving the run around. On Friday 01/06/2023 I was able to talk to someone to advised me as to what is going on with my refund.... read more
