My family and I were in a serious accident in November. Yesenia R. asked about my families safety and well being before anything else. Prototype aftermarket extended car warranty and a prime example of why people are wary of them. Took nearly a month for them to manufacture a means of denying a claim on the transmission of our 2016 Chevy Tahoe. We purchased the vehicle less than 6 months ago from a Subaru dealer in our area with no problems up until a month ago, when the transmission began to act up and we dropped it to a local Chevrolet dealer to diagnose. It was a pleasure working with Tyler**********!!! He was very patient, understating and compassionate. He ensured that all of my needs were met. He actually listened to my concerns. Its difficult to get a live representative on the phone with this company but Tylerwas worth the long wait.

Garbage! Never answer phone or call repair company back. this is the second time. I gave them another chance and same thing. AWFULK service and refuse to answer phone period. RIPOFF company. all they want is money and NO service. 1 star cause I could not give worse!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to get my oil changed and was told by the facility that I now have to pay for the service then get reimbursed. This was the first time I had to do this. I called Protect My Car and was told because I have an old account, this was the new process. I submitted my claim 3 times and have not received a response, written or financial. I submitted the first claim October 10, 2022. I have 2 more oil changes on my contract and am afraid the agreement will not be honored. I paid off my contract over a year in advance.

Customer service was top notch snd they alway have been for me. The problem with your company is trying to reach a live representative. It should not take a person 50 mins, at lest on my 3 attempts last week, and 25 mins this week on my couple attempts to get someone to answer the darn phone. That is my biggest pet peeve about PMC.. I live in a city where we do not have a Pep Boys or any of those other companies you're affiliated with I have to go find someone who's willing to accept protect my car and to be paid over the ph... read more
They are trying to find every reason not to repair my vehicle. Their contract says they only need the last 12 month of service for vehicle. I gave them that. Apparently that wasnt enough so they came back and wanted all of my service log. so then I gave them that that wasnt enough. They wanted all corresponding receipts which I gave him that then they came back and said my tires were too big and they can cover the repair on the engine which is bull because tire size affects the engine, none which my tires were stock size so ... read more
