Can't afford and was badgered while sick into activating. Now I need to also pay a service cancel fee. This is a poor business model.

This is quite possibly the WORST company I have ever come in contact with. They are horrible dishonest people. We decided that this warranty was no longer of benefit to us, so we called in to cancel. We were told that we didn't need to cancel because if we didn't use it we would get 100% refunded. We were told this by 3 different people. Fast forward 8 month we go to cancel again and get our money back just like they said. Come to find out they COMPLETELY LIED TO US! Protect my Car is a fraud. I purchased their extended warranty after the factory warranty expired on my 2013BMW 328i series. Ive been paying PMC for almost 3 years. P&W said it was the timing chain. PMC asked for all the service records for my car. There said she needed at least 7 or 8 records. P&W provided all the records. PMC inspectors came out and said it may not be the timing but asked me to have the engine broken down and I had to pay for the diagnostics. I have been calling the Customer Service number for the past two days, 4x a day, and sitting on hold EACH time for 20 minutes and I cannot get through to anyone in this company! I am extremely frustrated. My husband has also tried to call and waited on hold for 40 minutes today to no avail. I don't know what kind of business this is but I am sorry I invested in this. I want to cancel my policy and I can't even talk to anyone and there is no e-mail way to reach them. This is ridiculous.<br />
