Very pleasant manners and very easy to understand and very helpful
They wouldn't replace my engine because I've done my own oil changes, this is my first car and not once did they let me know to keep record in case I may need it later. When I found out they wouldn't replace my engine I called to cancel my policy and spoke with the management about the situation. I was just charged again even though my account should be closed. He was very helpful and friendly and he informed me about everything.
They're supposed to cover 3 oil changes a year, we went to get an oil change, we paid for it (the company didn't want to deal with them which was insane to me...they pay them) so I filed a reimbursement claim about another ago I've called MULTIPLE times and been put on hold for about an hour before I give up. It was for 130 dollars but it doesn't matter how much I want my money because they took a payment too

I have a membership with PMC and I have been calling for 4 days now with no answer. My car needs mechanical repairs and I will now have to pay out of my pocket because they will not answer the phone. They are unreliable

I work as a service advisor at a shop on the West Coast and one of our customers has PMC. We started a claim in early August 2022 and it's currently October, PMC still has yet to approve or deny the claim. Since August I have spent over 5 hours on the phone holding for anyone to just get updates on why they haven't reached a conclusion. At one point the agent we were working with went on vacation for 2 weeks but failed to mention that so our claim sat unmoving. So today I called protect my car, its well below my trial period and I realized I want to have there competitor so I called them to cancel my policy and they tried to give me the run around and once he realized I really wanted to cancelled dude hung up.
