I recommend this company to anyone who needs vehicle protection if I could give mored than 5 stars I would not only are they compassionate but there understanding im unemployed and I just also had a death in my family my truck went down and my Rep by the name of Fernando A. went above and beyond and more for me I've NEVER!!! had a representative to help me the way he did I am forever greatful I also wanna that Brandon Sartor these to guys are the greatest it's guys like this that makes a company great. Fernando was absolutely patient and very diligent in getting my claim process moving. I was initially assigned Mr. S. and he failed to communicate with me in a timely fashion which left me very frustrated and unsatisfied to say the least. Fernando stepped right in and got the ball rolling, he spent a total of almost 2 hours with me ensuring that things was in order and set to move forward. He was timely, understanding, very informative and just exemplified overall excellent customer service.

Awful service, they don't honor your contract, they lie and I'm often on hold for TWO hours before anybody picks up and then still, no help. I've had this for almost a year and was left paying most of my auto service cost. Trying to cancel but it's almost impossible. They are so rude!

Our records indicate that you spoke to 2 different PMC agents on 7/19/2022. We have several pages of notes on this matter, including documentation of the claim that was filed. We certainly apologize if any of our agents was rude to you. That's not acceptable or condoned by PMC. We've forwarded your review to our Customer Loyalty manager to review the calls and research this matter. Our team is also available to assist and/or handle any requests (including cancellation) that you might have.

Protect My Car has provided excellent customer service for me for 3 years now. Today I was working with Jason P*****, and he is professional, courteous, and it was a pleasure talking to him, making me forget that this was work for either of us. Although I never want to fix my van again, when I have to, I look forward to again speaking with Jason, and any of the representatives at Protect My Car. Thank you!!

i paid off my contract it cost me 3342.59 and than they stop pay for any work to be done they tell me to pay for the work and they will repay me back my my contract number is XXXXXX they breach the contract and they a new company they took over the old contract i started with them 7 20 2017 and it end 8 /19/2022 i paid it off early and they not honor the contract now my name is ******* i would like you help to get my money back

The administrator of this consumer's coverage plan is responsible for adjudicating claims and/or paying reimbursements. To assist this customer, PMC sent a copy of this customer's review to his coverage plan's administrator, so that they can process his reimbursement. Respectfully, Protect My Car

Terrible! No dealership will take! Charge to cancel. Rude when you want to cancel.

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. PMC has fleet accounts with several leading brands including Jiffy Lube, Take5, Pep Boys, Meineke, etc. Our agents are also able to assist our customers if they need to find a repair facility that is close to them. Suggesting that "no dealership will take!" is a bit disingenuous. The fact that PMC pays, on average, 1.8 million dollars per month to our customers' repair facilities suggests that most customers do not have a hard time finding a repair facility that will ta... read more

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. oh, they did get a motor for my 2018 Ford, but only after jumping through hoops, and taking forever. They only replaced the motor with a motor from a junk yard, not even a rebuilt one. Now less than a year later, the motor has failed. I would have been better off to pay for a motor with a warranty. RUN. We are going over our policy now to see if there is any legal recourse.

Our records reflect that our customer elected to cancel his "Driveline" coverage plan on 7/12/2021 (a year ago) because his last claim was denied due to Exclusion 11 regarding modifications (OneGuard Inspections confirmed, during their independent inspection, that our customer's tires were improperly sized in violation of our coverage plan's terms and conditions).
