I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I received today from Jason P***** in the claims department. He was courteous and knowledgeable amd was empathetic about my current situation with my vehicle. Jason explained the company procedure and process of my claim in detail because . I will recommend Protect My Car to my family and friends because of the great experience today with Jason.

Spoke with Austin N***** regarding cancelling my policy due to the issue of paying out of pocket since the auto repair shops were no longer open. Not only did he help me find an auto shop, he spoke with them first to make sure if any issues comes up, they will honor Protect My Car to pay for the repairs. What a great feeling. Austin also ask me to send my receipts so that he could fight on my behalf for reimbursement for what I paid. If I could provide a zero star I would. This company is unfaithful at its promise to pay. I contacted them recently regarding my fiance reimbursement claim. All we needed was a email address to email the final invoice to so we could get reimbursed for the work that was completed on our vehicle. I waited on hold for over two and half hours for someone from the claims department to pick up the phone. Finally get through and the rep stated they couldn't provide that information as I wasn't the person on the account. I went back... read more

I have had Protect My Car since Dec of 2021, 6 months now. I have received 2 oil changes and now in the process of a 3rd claim, for a vibration in the car. My mechanic was trying to submit a claim and they had to hang up because they were on the phone for 1 hour and 20 minutes and still not answer. I see that this is a recurring event as this is the case every time I need service from them. It should be noted that our customer purchased a "Select" coverage plan from Protect My Car on November 5, 2021, for his 2012 Lincoln MKZ with 77,054 miles on the date that his coverage plan was purchased. On June 13, 2022, our customer entered his repair shop (Tom's Repair Shop) for a "Drive Axle" failure. I purchased this warranty in April. I have attempted to call them several times holding on the line for more than 20 mins without a representative ever answering. The one time a person did answer they again placed me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back to the phone. I selected this warranty after getting a call from Aminas a "supposed" representative that was very convincing that this warranty was better than one I had already purchased with another company.
