Not a good company if you live in a small town. Can't find anyone who takes it so would have to towed to another city and their two only takes you a few miles and then it out of pocket plus if you cancel it is a 50 dollar fee. And no refund or prorated price if you are on a monthly payment plan.

PMC also noticed our agent did charge the $50.00 cancellation, but in an effort, to help resolve this matter, PMC has refunded your cancellation fee in the amount of $50.00.
This company is terrible. They search for reasons not to help their clients. Worst company I have ever done business with and absolutely suggest they stop false advertising. I was accused of neglect to my vehicle which doesn't make any sense. This company denied my claim because of small words from an invoice that occurred 2 years and 30k miles ago. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had an issue with PMC. I've made about 3 claims since I started the policy and every time I was paid as contracted. I did have some issues come up with my most recent claim. When I called I spoke with Benjamin W. (Benji). He was very polite and assisted me with all my concerns. He looked into the claim and found there was an error with the way it was paid out.
