Fernando A****** is a great employee and went out of his way to make sure my claim received attention! However, The company he works for " Protect My Car" cannot be put in the same category!! I have made sure my car was kept up, serviced and changed oil more then required. I was jerked around for over 3 weeks and still got no where with a decision on my car! I was told four (4) different times about things I needed to finally get my car worked on and everytime I completed the request there was always something else. I spoke ... read more

I have been a customer of Protect My Car for going on 2 years now and recently had a major claim due to a transmission failure. The claim was denied due to commercial use. I spoke to Fernando A****** and he was able to get me in the correct commercial policy and got me a partial payment for this issue. He went above and beyond my expectations, and as a result of his efforts I am a happy customer. This Company is a rip off they take your payments every month but when you need them to fix your car it's a problem and they try to put off on everything else to keep from paying even after you have submitted all the paperwork they ask for. Paid 218.00 a month never been late on a payment and still had to go back and forth with a agent since 2/22/22 till 3/14/22 and still haven't gotten the Truck fix. The agent will not let you talk to a supervisor it's always the agent saying they have to submit a request for them to call y... read more
