Representatives do not communicate effectively. They mislead new customers. I was introduced to Protect My Car, the Representative that started my policy told me, after the first payment is made that I had to wait 27 days to file a new claim. 60 Days later my truck was leaking fluid. I took it to my mechanic he called Protect My Car, they denied my claim because my mileage odometer was more than reported to start the claim.
