I don't even want to give them 1 star . Been paying for protect my car over 2years. My car breaks down guess what they do not back it up they refuse to pay for my car. They denied my claim. So now I'm going to take proper action to make sure they don't rob anyone else. This business just wants your money . They are a scam!??!

I signed up with Protect My Car. I never got a policy in the mail per their claim. They sent a text saying I owed them money. I texted back to find out the text didn't receive messages. I called their 800 number to be put on hold. Took the option for a call back several times. Never happened. Finally stayed on the phone for 20+ minutes, with a recording telling me my wait would be 8 minutes again and again. Finally spoke to a Trent Baker. I told him given not receiving a policy I wanted to opt out and get my $58.00 back. He ... read more

Protect my car is a scam. I paid my monthly payment religiously and as soon as I had a problem with the engine all of a sudden they don't cover what I needed covered just a waste of money I could've saved my own money and got it fix with all the I paid them smh.

My family has recently been hit by some unexpected expenditures with an unknown future. I was not sure Nathan could help me and was ready to cancel. Nathan went above and beyond to assist me and was was able to keep the service. I have not been with them long enough to use the service, but if they work with me as Nathan did, I hope to be a long time customer. ***** ******
