Ayana was excellent excellent agent she helped me and guide me step-by-step by how to getting my car to get repaired she explained it clearly how the process works she's awesome amazing customer service I really would recommend protect my car To my friends and family especially Miss Ayana she is a awesome agent.

I paid them every every month and did not take care of my car.I would not recommend protect my car to anyone.Really bad customer service.

Great service over the phone. The associate (N.F.) was cordial, responsive, very friendly and efficiently handled my concern. I sold the vehicle that was covered and the contract was cancelled without any problem. After the call, I immediately received an email confirming the cancellation. I will contact PMC again whenever the maintenance schedule lapses on my new 2021 Jeep.

I do appreciate Protect My Car. Some companies will try anything to get money out of you, but the sole time I called Protect My Car, it was Rep Nicole S****** who was friendly, professional, and super helpful in addressing my concerns and allowing ME to make the best decision for my situation. I liked that Protect My Car sent me information in the mail with my membership cards, the policy overview, and a details booklet regarding my coverage. I have spoken with an agent from Protect My Car,. Molita F******, and she was awesome helping me with my payment, I was in arrears since October. She gave me three months for Covid forgiveness program, so my next payment, she also reduced from $98. A month to $86.28 a month. I am so appreciative from the help I received from her today.

Unwanted soliciting calls. Poor way to conduct business calling 4 times in one day. Number comes up as scam likely so I'm sure harassing phone calls isn't the only shady business they do.

I haven't had any issues the PMC plan thus far. In 2021 I there were some issues with my A/C in my car and it was fixed - they paid as promised. So I pray that having this repair plan continues to do what it supposed to do.

Our best advice to our customers is to follow these 3 basic coverage rules: 1) make sure that you monthly payments are paid in a timely fashion (we cannot approve a claim on an account that is in delinquent status); 2) make sure that you follow your manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and service (i.e., oil changes, transmission service, flushes, etc.); and 3) do not abuse your vehicle (i.e., by continuing to operate it while it is in a failed condition -- for instance, pull over a... read more

My transmission went bad they ask for the all the records of my car from the dealership Also had to wait for their own mechanic to come out and to look over the car everything with my personal cars are very well kept up I only deal with the dealership fixing my car after three weeks of waiting they deny me. They couldn't find a legitimate reason to deny me, so The manager with protect my car deny me because I have a Transportation business never use this company they will find reasons to not service you anything that's over ... read more

While some of our coverage plans allow for commercial use, others do not. We ask all potential customers about this, at the time of sale, to make sure that we are placing our customers in the correct coverage plan (with the commercial use add-on, if appropriate).
