I think it all looks good on paper but when you try the use them like most companies they try to figure out a way how to get out of what they promised. Example: and my policy is as it covers calipers but since my calipers were rusty they wouldn't cover the repair. They stayed at a policy since they don't cover calipers from things like floods storms etc. My car's never been in a flood or anything like that. I paid them every every month and did not take care of my car.I would not recommend protect my car to anyone.Really bad customer service.

Great service over the phone. The associate (N.F.) was cordial, responsive, very friendly and efficiently handled my concern. I sold the vehicle that was covered and the contract was cancelled without any problem. After the call, I immediately received an email confirming the cancellation. I will contact PMC again whenever the maintenance schedule lapses on my new 2021 Jeep.

Some companies will try anything to get money out of you, but the sole time I called Protect My Car, it was Rep Nicole S****** who was friendly, professional, and super helpful in addressing my concerns and allowing ME to make the best decision for my situation. I have spoken with an agent from Protect My Car,. Molita F******, and she was awesome helping me with my payment, I was in arrears since October. She gave me three months for Covid forgiveness program, so my next payment, she also reduced from $98. A month to $86.28 a month. I am so appreciative from the help I received from her today.

Unwanted soliciting calls. Poor way to conduct business calling 4 times in one day. Number comes up as scam likely so I'm sure harassing phone calls isn't the only shady business they do.
