Vary bad just want their money and when you need them they don't help you been with them for 17 months and they just want their money.

Jason P***** did not stop until the job was done. I'm very hard to reach but he continued until he reached me this morning after having to call back twice because of the bad connection. He connected me with the company who has my car, found the part for me with 3 different options and called the repair shop to offer them the replacement part in case they couldn't find it. Lacey T***** signed me up and she has been helping me every since. I could not ask for better customer service. She has made sure my claims have been taken care of and has even followed up with me when I forgot to send the paperwork in. Molita F****** was at assisting me until I found what I needed. She was the best at what she does. CUSTOMER SERVICE! She went way above and beyond to exhaust every efforts and then some. She made me believe in the product and I feel confident that this company will benefit my needs. She should be rewarded for how she wouldn't give up on me finding a car service for my car. Waist of money, purchased policy thinking I would have extra protection for my daughter who is 9 hour from home going to college, My daughters car was towed to different garages, finally one was willing to accept to warrenty, after sending out a inspector who didn't get under the car to inspect it had the service station manager send him pictures the next day, from pictures he said it had pre existing oil leak, then the claim rep went on to tell me that an inspection I had got on purchase of car stated it had pre existing oi... read more

Fantastic service from Cortney R********* in customer service. We got disconnected and she called back. The first time I called I was not satisfied at all with the employee I talked to. This company should be proud to have Courtney as a employee. Thanks again to Courtney.
