I think they are crooks, don't keep their words. Was told I'd we couldn't get out of our previous warranty we can drop theirs. Their warranty no penalties. They didn't cancel when hubby called them and they took $92.55 out of our account. Then when called back again they canceled for us but we lost that money they took.. Hence why I think they are crooks.

Great leadership. They go Above and Beyond to protect your car. They genuinely care about your money and the welfare of your car, instead of just trying to sell their services. Jerome B***** especially was a great help to me! Blessed to speak to him and this company is blessed to have him !

Quanisha L*** was AWESOME! I was very irate at the beginning of the call. This agent not only deescalated the issue but was very informative. Providing reasoning behind the issue at hand. PMC should be honored to have her on the team! Thanks LUKE. YOU SHOULD BE TRAINING SOME OF THE AGENTS. That way members like myself want be misinformed resulting in repeat calls.

Protect My Car has not been transparent or truthful in their practices. Multiple agents will tell you different things. Necessary communications are not done in A timely manner. The vendors they work with sends out bad parts and it takes up too nine days for service department to receive parts. At that point rental coverage has absolved. Customers lives are not taken into consideration. Will prolong process of repair to get A cheaper rate when service department has part on site. Jason P***** needs to be promoted. With him I would still be wondering what's going on with our car after a week. Jason was professional, customer friendly and took the time to give me a clear picture of what was needed and what I should do. Give him a bonus a d or promotion.

I have been with Protect My Car for quite some time now and have had some great assistance and met many nice people, but I must say that Jason ****** topped the cake. He was very courteous, pleasant and had manners of a Saint. He was a Blessing for me! I am "Thankful," for him and Protect My Car. When my car service terms expires....I will be sad, but at least I have had some wonderful help in my time of need. Thank you Jason....Thank you Protect My car!

Protect my car warranty is great for me.I just have one problem, my personal advisor "Garrick B*****" will not answer phone calls. If they get there personal advisor to return calls and keep people in contact when there car is in the shop, that would be great. My car is back in the shop now for the new motor, contacted "Mr B*****" haven't heard from him yet.
