The warranty company helps ease the stress of the up front cost of multiple repairs in the past 12 months to a 17-year-old van that I purchased 18 months ago. The customer support representative (Debbie??) was understanding and helped me as far as she was able. I have been a customer of Protect My Car for over three years now and I just added a second vehicle to my contract with them. They have always had my back but in particular, there was a Customer Representative who really knew her job and impressed me so much. Her name is Amelia Barnes and not only is she knowledgeable of her product, but she also made making adjustments to my situation quick, easy, and painless. I love Protect My Car! They are so dependable and deliver on time. Processing claims are quick and easy and there is nothing but great customer service every time I call.
