Beware of PROTECT MY CAR EXTENDED WARRANTIES.This a RIP-OFF Company.Yes they will pay for tow,gas,battery boost and small things.They will Not Pay for covered repairs on Engines or Transmission Jobs.... They will find any excuses to not pay. My case involved a 2015 Nissan Rogue.I Had all Power Train extended warranty. Covered Repairs for Engine,Transmission ,Front axle ,Alternator,Air Cond. This company is horrible. I have been dealing with them for about 7 years, and every time I have my car repaired, they find an excuse to deny the claim. They are nearly impossible to get on the phone, and when you finally do, invariably they disconnect you. I have had my fill with them and cancelled my policy. I am done with them.

Not as advertise Protect my Car will cover your car if it breaks down. This company did not cover my car after it broke down. Instead accused me of causing the car to break down instead of fixing the car. I towed my car as soon as it broke down but the company stated I did not. But paid me for the tow that I supposedly did not do. If you not going to fix people cars after it breaks down, just tell the customer that. Why take people premiums with no repairs behind it.

In short, this customer's engine claim was denied after we determined that her vehicle was driven in a failed state until such time as it overheated and blew a head gasket. I'm not happy with the claims department and how they treated my alternator claim at a Midas repair shop. I listened to the manager of the Midas shop repeat the requested information to the claims agent multiple times and be frequently place on hold, to where I had to ask the manager to terminate the call. I then just paid the full amount of the repair. I have been a customer for four months and definitely will use this experience to terminate my services due to how cumbersome the process seems to be.
