The representative that attended to me at this call did a wonderful job. He answered all my questions and asked for any other question that I may have. He even explained to me on how the point system works as I am having 1,500 points now to be used.

I got a call from someone claiming to represent Protect My Car. She said that she was calling to give me more information that I asked for about a warranty. I have asked no one about warranties. She had my first and last name, and knew that I drive a Honda. She asked me the model. I know better than to give personal information. I called the car dealership that I bought the car from to make sure that I shouldn't have received that call. Protect My Car had no business calling me.

Jason P*****, was there for me. He knew answers to all my questions and even added more information, so that I understand what he was talking about. He filled me in on what I was supposed to do. He was super helpful and I appreciate all his help. I pray that all PMC employees are as knowledgeable and helpful as Jason was for me. Thank you Jason for your help!! Sincerely ******* ******

I was calling my insurance company on Nov 27 bit somehow ended up talking to these guys .. should definitely have been a red flag ..but the sales person was very nice and I must say very good because I never let anyone talk me into buying anything without me investigating the company first. But I did but before we finished the call I told her I wanted to wait to decide but she convinced me that if I changed my mind I could cancel within 30 days for a full refund. I received a recorded call from this company claiming I requested a quote for a car warranty. I spoke with a rep to find out where I opted in. Of course she couldn't provide that information, she just said it would have been on an ad. Well, I would never opt in since I already have a warranty on my car with my dealership. So, I would like a list of all of the 3rd party affiliates who this company works with in selling my information. Also, I requested to be removed from their call list.

I have now called four times now to have my policy cancelled, mind you in the background with the customer service there is tv, kids, and people laughing in the background.. Not very professional. I understand it is any businesses job to keep customers. However, when someone is surely telling you they have other family issues thanks to the pandemic and can no longer afford the policy, to please cancel and there is a mutual conversation and agreement before the end of the two hour conversation.
