Ayanna O**** is an amazing rep for Protect my Car! She brought things down to where they were affordable without trimming the benefits. i have not yet had to use the services but feel better about it after speaking with Ayanna and knowing I will be taken care of. Lisa

The company is harassing me and needs to stop calling me. I'm not interested in car warranties they may offer. The next call I receive, I will threaten legal action.

So far PMC has done great by me and Jamari is very knowledgeable about cars and was very helpful to me, i really appreciate him.

I appreciate this warranty program. I left carshield and I do not regret it. So far PMC has not disappointed. They are attentive to your needs. They care about their members. They do what they say they are going to do and they are reachable in every department. They work fast with my mechanic.

Jason was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the claim process and my needs he also went above and beyond to negotiate a fordable price with the shop, to meet my need with a rental car he set me up reservations. this company keeps calling and calling.. they swore that they are rated on BBB with an A+ and when i tell them that they have a NR rating, they keep telling me that i'm not looking on BBB site or that i'm just missing the rating.. it's kind of hard not to miss the NR rating, but after all the complaints on here with this company, i'm still trying to figure out how they still in business. They also seemed amazed that i own a 2000 Toyota Celica, with 287,000 miles on it and still with all the factory parts.. i bought the car b... read more

I like to give an A+ rating for the representative John T. for going the extra to help me. He took his time in reviewing different ways to save money in paying for the fixing of my car. The best rep so far in dealing with the company.
