I spoke to David B. yesterday evening (6/30/2020) with the intention of canceling our contract which was still within the cancelation period. We had already signed up for another contract which limited our coverage due to the mileage of our only vehicle, our truck is a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! Had two cars on coverage for about 2 years. One was a Toyota Solara, the other was a Cadillac SRX. First time I tried to use it, on the SRX for brakes (Rotors and pads), those parts are not covered! The parts and labor totaled $1115 .51 the SRX only has 66,000 miles! I've been paying $71.00 a month, for the Cadillac, and $38.00 on the Solara, for 2 years. Tried to cancel the coverage, and argued with the guy for 10 mins., as he tried to keep me in the contract!! While we understand this customer's frustration with the denial of his recent claim, his "Select" policy is very clear in its terms and conditions (as far as what the "covered" versus "non covered" components are). When this customer started his claim (on 7/1/2020), our assigned Claims Advisor pointed him to the relevant sections of his policy dealing with brake pads and rotors. Jason P. is the best customer service/ claims adjuster I have ever spoken with. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to remedy the issue as well as calm me down. If the rest of the company is half as good as him, you are in good hands. Thank you Jason!

When the air conditioner in my car wasn't working properly I put in a claim so the air conditioner can be fixed all the parts that was needed was covered I got it fixed and I was so pleased with Jesse Pierre calling me and making sure everything was taken care of. I am so glad that I invested in this warranty on my car.
