received a call from a representative ***** about a problem with my credit card. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the problem. She said to contact my bank. I cleared it up with the bank and called the company's general number. To my delight ***** answered the call. All problems solved. She is the BEST customer service representative. The company is very fortunate to have her. Keep up the good work *****.
