They were great ! As an Advisor I deal with lots of Extended Warranty companies and this was a exceptional experience. The claims process and hold time were shorter than others. I recommend them over American Auto Shield for ease of use and payment times for sure! Jason P was very helpful with all the initial set up of claim and authorization.

I had a very unsettling issue with how the service on my vehicle was handled at the dealership I go to. I spoke to Jason Pierre and he bent over backwards to assist me and gave me great guidance on how to handle these sorts issues going forward. He even offered his email address to stand as direct point of contact for when these sorts of predicament happen in the future. Speaking with Jason helped me tremendously at a stressful time.
