I want to thank Melody champion at Protect My Car she went above and beyond the call of duty. The young lady I spoke to regarding my policy a week before I talk to Melody gave me the wrong information so when I went to go get a job done on my car my policy didn't cover it and the young lady the week before told me it did. So I called Protect My Car talk to Melody and she like I said went above and beyond the call of duty. I want to thank Melanie for her excellent customer service and professionalism.

They were great ! As an Advisor I deal with lots of Extended Warranty companies and this was a exceptional experience. The claims process and hold time were shorter than others. I recommend them over American Auto Shield for ease of use and payment times for sure! Jason P was very helpful with all the initial set up of claim and authorization.

I had a very unsettling issue with how the service on my vehicle was handled at the dealership I go to. I spoke to Jason Pierre and he bent over backwards to assist me and gave me great guidance on how to handle these sorts issues going forward. He even offered his email address to stand as direct point of contact for when these sorts of predicament happen in the future. Speaking with Jason helped me tremendously at a stressful time.
