this company keeps calling and calling.. they swore that they are rated on BBB with an A+ and when i tell them that they have a NR rating, they keep telling me that i'm not looking on BBB site or that i'm just missing the rating.. it's kind of hard not to miss the NR rating, but after all the complaints on here with this company, i'm still trying to figure out how they still in business. They also seemed amazed that i own a 2000 Toyota Celica, with 287,000 miles on it and still with all the factory parts.. i bought the car b... read more

I like to give an A+ rating for the representative John T. for going the extra to help me. He took his time in reviewing different ways to save money in paying for the fixing of my car. The best rep so far in dealing with the company.

Patrick G. with protect my car is the BEST.......My sister and I started our policy 8/28 and found out we were misinformed. Well my sister cancelled her policy, and when I called to cancel my policy I got Patrick Gable. He asked me why did I want to cancel, I told him, determined not to lose a customer, he apologized for the incident, and did what he had to do in order for me to stay with Protect my car. Topping on the cake, he also got my sister to resign. Patrick....You are the best!

This company doesn't even have an actual phone number. They somehow redirect calls meant for other businesses and then you have a person reading a script to you trying to sell you what is basically car insurance. It has some 'free' perks they claim, but you're making monthly payments..so not free at all. They will keep lowering the payment too if you keep declining and mention the price as the reason hahahah. They literally have to redirect the call back to them trying to sell you car insurance stuff even if you've declined ... read more

Jason was very helpful in getting my claim for a transmission processed as well as getting me set up with a rental car for the mean time. He was very friendly and explained the process as well as everything he was doing every time he had to place me on hold. I'm very appreciative of his service and hope the company recognizes his hard work. If you ever see this, thank you very much Jason.

I had some questions and needed to make changes to my contract and Melodi did a fantastic job helping me out. She was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with me, and got everything done pretty quickly. I don't know what you pay her, but it's not enough!

Great warranty company to deal with . Even have the free oil changes included in my plan which was a great bonus . Had my A/c went bad and fully covered by Protect my car. Would have been $2800 repair on my own .
