I received a recorded call from this company claiming I requested a quote for a car warranty. I spoke with a rep to find out where I opted in. Of course she couldn't provide that information, she just said it would have been on an ad. Well, I would never opt in since I already have a warranty on my car with my dealership. So, I would like a list of all of the 3rd party affiliates who this company works with in selling my information. Also, I requested to be removed from their call list.

I have now called four times now to have my policy cancelled, mind you in the background with the customer service there is tv, kids, and people laughing in the background.. Not very professional. I understand it is any businesses job to keep customers. 2 words... ***** B****! This gentleman is by far one of the best reps PMC has. I've been a client for a while now and never really had to call them but I did to actually cancel my policy as I unfortunately could no longer afford the rate due to this pandemic. A short conversation later with Mr. B**** and I felt as if he fully understood my situation and helped me out beyond what I could of asked for. PMC, you have a customer for life! Renard R** and Ms F****** were extremely pleasant to talk to. As sales people go, can't do better. I had a great experience. I honestly wanted to hang up once I realized the purpose of the call but Ms F****** was so nice that I just wanted to talk a little more and I'm glad I did. They provide great service

Everything that they don't cover at all is the most important part in any car like mufflers and cadillac convers wear and tear of part fyi that every part on every car why pay 180 bucks to just have them pay for a 25 to 50 oil change when you really need a strut or shocks and meny other parts that they won't cover at all this place sucks alot I've never used my policy yet still in the waiting period but just reading the book is bs I have ox car car and I'd give them 10 stars bc they cover everything pmc doesn't minus tire an... read more

Our customer's Ambassador Pro plan is designed for consumers that want to protect themselves against major breakdown expenses (i.e., an engine or transmission). These plans are not designed to cover every component on one's vehicle. While we have coverage plans that offer greater protection, the cost for those plans is certainly higher and his 2006 Cadillac with over 165,000 miles might not qualify for our highest level of protection. This company starts to call people at 8am And will keep calling and calling I asked them not to call me anymore And was told we always call people this early in the morning What's my problem Not happy with this rude company
