Been with them just a little over a year and my engine went out on my 2017 Ford Escape gave them everything they asked for and they denied my claim. So what was I paying them every month for Then they closed my account without my permission. I've called and called no one has returned my calls Bad Business

I just dealt with one of the kindest and most helpful people I have known. He is Jacob ****** and I highly recommend him and the company he works for, Protect My Car. !!!!!! What amazing coverage and consideration of the client's needs was demonstrated. Definitely 5 STARS!!!

Jacob K***** had helped me to be on board today and he was Phenomenal and kept things real and relatable but above all things honesty and integrity. He is a perfect and sound addition to your team and because of him I had gotten my vehicle protected today and didn't delay. I think it's great to have the BBB in your corner and for consumers to be able to see what ur all about, so I had a issue with the company about a misunderstanding w/an employee who didn't tell me the whole truth about what what I was to do, and I also had a great conversation with a gentleman Mr. J.Tims about what he was saying to me about the company and that he didn't want me to leave filling the way I did, so on that I'm still here because of John Tim and I appreciate the conversation with him after 2 +yrs being with the... read more

Please read the fine print !!! This company is supposed to provide people an EXTENDED warranty on their vehicle. If your car has 1 mile or 200,000 miles on it .... at that point the car is used, right? My 1998 Dodge Durango had over 200,000 miles on it. Protect My Car insured my vehicle. I had a major engine problem come up and felt I'd qualify for at least half the price to repair my SUV. WRONG !!! I was told that because my vehicle's "pre-existing" issues, I was denied my claim.
