Excellent customer service and stellar performance during the call with Trent Baker!! He went above and beyond to explain thoroughly the details in association with my change of coverage and policy details. This young man deserves a promotion, a raise and a paid week off!! If only every call I have to make would be this seamless!!

My mother is almost 80 years old and was taken advantage of by Protect My Car. Reps called her on her cell phone and convinced her into getting an extended warranty on a car that already has an extended warranty from the dealership. When I told my mother to call and cancel the policy, she was transferred two times and her policy was not cancelled. The female rep gave my mother the run-around and offered several options but the option to cancel. This company is taking $100 from her credit card. I jumped on the call trying to ... read more

Melodi was very polite and informative. She explained the reason for her call (to see if I had received the contract paperwork and if I had any questions). It was a great call and I enjoyed talking with her. She was able to make the contract more accessible and sooner than I expected. Thank you for the e-gift card! She is an asset to the company!

I am shopping for extended warranties. Although I am not making a choice over the phone, just wanted you to know that Yolanda did a great job representing your company. You have an A+ rating with the BBB, which also stands you in good stead, as she mentioned, and gave me a lower monthly payment bc I am Retired Navy. Excellent first impression. Just wanted u to know.

Protect my car is NO GOOD they dont live up to there contract i been trying get my car fix for a month now & all i have gotten was the run around & a whole bunch of LIES so they not getting no more of my money SO PEOPLE WATCH OUT

Brandy I from florida gave me the most exemplary service on the phone when switching my vehicles also have great insight on some live experiences i needed. Easy to talk to and extremely friendly. Love her services and would recommend everyone to protect my car with this woman. Thank you!
