My name is ******* ******* ******* *** I was contacted by protect My Car. I was weary at 1st but it sounded good. I gave them 50.00 down on my credit card10/2020.They tried every month to get money from the card.to no avail. I intended to cancel but never got around to it. On may 27th 2021 I got a call and I told them I want to cancel then I was transferred to NATE in cust loyalty dept who explained to me that due to covid 19 they had a forgiveness policy. Jacob K***** was very helpful! I was looking for base insurance and was routed to him by mistake, but he was able to build a good rapport with myself and was able to make the package make sense to my life and all the practicalities involved. So instead of kindly declining and ending the call I whipped out my debit card. Someone make this guy a supervisor!

I recently received a cold call from this company despite being on a no call list. This is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Patrick ***** was extremely helpful as he even looked up nearby facilities for something as simple as an oil change. He went out of his way to make sure I was well informed regarding issues I was having with my transmission and encouraged me not to cancel my policy for something as important as this! He even looked into how much it would cost me out of pocket to repair so I will remain a loyal customer thanks to him! Thank you for giving me peace of mind!

I would like to take the time out to shoutout Aeromis ********* I reallllllly wish I would have encountered him earlier and I wish he was like my agent or something . This gentleman turned my entire experience around. I know they had miscommunication issues with the shop and I understand now that it wasn't anyone's fault. If I do decide to come back to protect my car it will be BECAUSE OF THIS MAN !!! From the moment I got in contact with him I felt like he was doing everything in his power to help me and my situation.
