There claims department customer service reps are rude. I to file a claim because my car need repairs and it was covered under my policy, and they refused to fixed the issue. I requested to speak with a supervisor no one has return my call

My name is ******* ******* ******* *** I was contacted by protect My Car. I was weary at 1st but it sounded good. I gave them 50.00 down on my credit card10/2020.They tried every month to get money from the card.to no avail. I intended to cancel but never got around to it. On may 27th 2021 I got a call and I told them I want to cancel then I was transferred to NATE in cust loyalty dept who explained to me that due to covid 19 they had a forgiveness policy. Jacob K***** was very helpful! I was looking for base insurance and was routed to him by mistake, but he was able to build a good rapport with myself and was able to make the package make sense to my life and all the practicalities involved. So instead of kindly declining and ending the call I whipped out my debit card. Someone make this guy a supervisor!

I recently received a cold call from this company despite being on a no call list. This is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Patrick ***** was extremely helpful as he even looked up nearby facilities for something as simple as an oil change. He went out of his way to make sure I was well informed regarding issues I was having with my transmission and encouraged me not to cancel my policy for something as important as this!
