I have been with Protect My Car for quite some time now and have had some great assistance and met many nice people, but I must say that Jason ****** topped the cake. He was very courteous, pleasant and had manners of a Saint. He was a Blessing for me! I am "Thankful," for him and Protect My Car. When my car service terms expires....I will be sad, but at least I have had some wonderful help in my time of need. Thank you Jason....Thank you Protect My car!

Protect my car warranty is great for me.I just have one problem, my personal advisor "Garrick B*****" will not answer phone calls. If they get there personal advisor to return calls and keep people in contact when there car is in the shop, that would be great. My car is back in the shop now for the new motor, contacted "Mr B*****" haven't heard from him yet.

oh my gosh I am a believer I typically thought this was a scam of some sort but ALLIS C. Over at protect my car is a complete Heaven sent she made the process easy fast answered all my questions even though I was rambling on she opened up and compared notes to her personal experience with the company as well even though being an agent I think her so much big ups and props five star rating

On 8/13/2021 I called Protect My Car to cancel my membership that I had recently acquired as I already have CarShield. I went to google as directed by the agent and saw that Carshield has an "F" rating with the BBB and Protect My Car has an "A+" rating. Plus the agent, Patrick *****, provided the best customer service that CarShield has never provided. Patrick went over the whole contract and took the time to explain it. Horrible Service. My car had a transmission issue and I turned to them and followed their advise and then they refuse to pay because I did what they said instead of reading the contract. But that was after several weeks of getting the run around from them. Clearly they were hoping I would just throw in the towel! When I was finally informed that the claim was denied, I asked them to listen to the call where I was told I could take the car out from the shop that was trying to overcharge me for just diagnosting my car's issue.... read more

Our records reflect that you started a transmission claim on 5/12/2021. That claim was closed on 5/29/2021 when we did not hear anything back from your repair facility. Our notes also indicate that when this claim was reopened, you had driven an additional 942 miles (with a known transmission problem). As far as any employee of PMC being rude to you, that is never acceptable. Please know that your review has been forwarded to our Claims manager to further investigate that portion of your review.
Jason ****** was the most helpful extended warranty representative I've ever worked with and I've been in the auto industry for 5+ years. He was helpful, informative, and easy to work with. 10/10 this man deserves a raise.

Just finished speaking with rep Courtney in Florida. She represents the Company with fireworks! She was a good listener, polite, QUICK to find a solution to my two concerns. First one: Convince my completely trusted mechanics that this company is different from other company's they got screwed by. She gave me two viable options to use. Second assistance: was to delay next month's payment. She gave me a complete no payment for the coming month including a no deductible amount for inevitable repairs.
