Joined because it seemed like a good option for an older car. In the email with policy details, needing to put $500 miles on vehicle is not stated. After denial of service, I reread the policy. Realized the wording was a "BRIEF DESCRIPTION" of policy benefits. Sneaky practices. Beware.

My car has been in the transmission shop for approximately three weeks, Awaiting a replacement of CVT to be delivered the expected day is August 9, 2021. Therefore I called Protect my Car they stated they found a transmission, and the next day I receive a call saying they didn't have it anymore. As indicated by Mark when you spoke to him on 7/28/2021, the vendor that we ordered the part from (because your repair facility couldn't get the part) did not provide a tracking number (just a window of how long it would take for them to ship the part 10-12 business days). We understand our customer's frustration, but many businesses (including ours and many of our vendors) are experiencing staffing and/or shipping issues due to the recent uptick in Covid. Watch out for some of the sales reps that try to sell you on a policy. Some of them don't know what they're talking about and then customer service reviews your policy you agreed to and it gets kicked back. Anyways this is a shoutout to ******* Turbin over in Customer service whom does know the product well and clearly explained the advantages of each of the policy very well. They misled me into thinking that they were accredited by the Better Business Bureau and backed by the Better Business Bureau which is not the truth also furthermore they were very rude whenever I wanted to cancel the policy because I got a better deal to bad-mouth any competition or a person's integrity just because you feel some type of way over a lost policy I don't agree with it I don't respect it and I will not be recommending your services to anyone I am still in shock over the way I was treated and I'm glad that I did... read more

Jason Pierre another star at protect my car. What a beautiful caring considerate person. He owned my hurdles and felt what I had been experiencing with other reps He assured me that was not pmc why. He brought me back to the point a customer should feel when speaking to a representative. Shout out to Jason. Continue to shine your beaken of light. My you excel to the top.

I love Protect My Car because of ****** Reynolds a customer service representative she was really helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. She make me believe the big companies do care in providing good service so kudos to Courtney Reynolds.

Protect My Car doesn't Honor there Policy's and Contract Agreement with there Consumers.

We see that we spoke with this customer twice on 7/16/2021 about a roadside assistance issue. Our customer was upset that his policy provides up to $100.00 in roadside assistance reimbursement and he had an overage that exceeded that amount. Our records indicate that we reimbursed our customer $100.00 (the maximum allowed in his contract booklet for roadside assistance) on 7/12/2021.
