They took money that didn't belong to them and only gave me back half of MY MONEY!!! The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't leave a review unless I did but I give them 00000 and if you are thinking about using this shell of scam be prepared they are taking YOUR MONEY too!!!!

Our customer purchased a Select policy on 4/20/2021. During the sale of that policy, our customer agreed to make monthly payments of $70.61. As no payment was made in May of 2021, our system charged her May and June payments on 6/25/2021 (in an effort to keep her coverage active). I've had a terrible experience previously. Yet, I continued to make my payments with this company and spoke to a young man named Mr. ******, and I must say it was the best experience I've had in years. I am writing review on Jason P. He was a very calming person I think the contract requirements are ridiculous. Your cars air conditioner goes out in the absolute hest of the summer. First time filing & I end up paying more than half for the repair & car protect my car wouldn't release my car after it was finished until I paid which I understand. I was paying cash. I was going to leave a very bad review because I had a legitimate claim denied and was ready to cancel but Nicole S****** was so wonderful and precise with her words and actions that not only did she convince me to stay but REALLY took care of me and put me at ease with your company. The transaction that I had at the dealership where the credit card info that was given to them for whatever reason didn't work as well as the amount of time that it has taken me to get reimbursed did not a good impression on me at all considering I'm paying $130 per month. There claims department customer service reps are rude. I to file a claim because my car need repairs and it was covered under my policy, and they refused to fixed the issue. I requested to speak with a supervisor no one has return my call
