I love Protect My Car! They are so dependable and deliver on time. Processing claims are quick and easy and there is nothing but great customer service every time I call. I have been with them since 8/5/2019 and they have not let me down, you can not put a better price on a peace of mind especially owning a used car. They took money that didn't belong to them and only gave me back half of MY MONEY!!! The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't leave a review unless I did but I give them 00000 and if you are thinking about using this shell of scam be prepared they are taking YOUR MONEY too!!!!

Our customer purchased a Select policy on 4/20/2021. During the sale of that policy, our customer agreed to make monthly payments of $70.61. As no payment was made in May of 2021, our system charged her May and June payments on 6/25/2021 (in an effort to keep her coverage active). I've had a terrible experience previously. Yet, I continued to make my payments with this company and spoke to a young man named Mr. ******, and I must say it was the best experience I've had in years. Although my entire claim wasn't honored, I was pleased to know there was someone attentive to my need. Thank you, Mr. ******, for your warm sentiments toward my concerns.

I am writing review on Jason P. He was a very calming person I think the contract requirements are ridiculous. Your cars air conditioner goes out in the absolute hest of the summer. First time filing & I end up paying more than half for the repair & car protect my car wouldn't release my car after it was finished until I paid which I understand. I was paying cash. Beside the the car rental protect my car states they reemburse 30 dollars a day. No car rental company rents cars for 30.00 a day, but Jason was so proactive. I ca... read more

I was going to leave a very bad review because I had a legitimate claim denied and was ready to cancel but Nicole S****** was so wonderful and precise with her words and actions that not only did she convince me to stay but REALLY took care of me and put me at ease with your company. But I STILL think you should NOT use a 3rd party inspector for your claims 'cause not one but BOTH the inspectors that reviewed my car showed little knowledge of how a car TRULY works and my car was WRONGFULLY diagnosed when I needed you the mos... read more

The transaction that I had at the dealership where the credit card info that was given to them for whatever reason didn't work as well as the amount of time that it has taken me to get reimbursed did not a good impression on me at all considering I'm paying $130 per month. However, my phone interaction with Jason Pierre showed great customer service. He assured me that I would get my refund.
