They prey on Elders especially those who have limited hearing. They get you to answer "Yes" to something and they "run with it!" They then can access nearly everything with your name on it! We may get the money refunded but that does not mean that one can "calm down" from the aggravation put upon someone. Be so very wary of this company!!!

David ******* gave me exceptional service. I called to cancel but he helped me through my thought process. He informed me of the rewards, helped me lower my monthly payment, and informed me about my PMC rewards. I think I might still cancel before the end of the waiting period because I can't really use the policy until my car literally breaks down. It's not beneficial to me to only pay for small things that I can easily pay for on my own. Also, I have to pay to maintain my own car which defeats the purpose of the policy bec... read more

I was called by this company. When I asked how they received my phone number, they said I opted in on a website. When I asked which website, they couldn't answer. I spent time on the phone because I wanted to find out where they purchased my information from. After being transfer to 2 different sales people, they asked for a credit card. This company is fishing and since I'm on the National Do Not Call registry, I felt unneeded to take the time to leave a review.

I purchased this product over the phone. They did not inform me I could review the terms and conditions on a website. Nor did they mention the 50% deductible. I only learned this when I called and specifically asked. I immediately canceled. PMC informed my bank they had sent an email with this information. It never arrived. I blame myself for my naivete. However. I do not think I should be penalized $100.00 for trusting them. Maybe I should! PMC engages in deceptive and unethical business practices. I was foolish and trusted... read more
