I had the pleasure good customer service by to customer service representative at protect my car one being Garrett Gibson very good professional lsim over the phone very helpful go over and Beyond the Call of Duty to make sure my experience with protect my car is good I will leave another review for the next individual on the BBB

DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY WITH THE COMPANY! I bought a policy 0n 7/3/2020 and my first claim for repair has been denied. I drive a Honda 2012 Pilot. It was purchased new and has never required any engine repair in the past 9 years. On 9/19/2021, I was away from my home but still within the city limits. The engine did not want to accelerate when I started the car and it was running rough. I drove straight to the nearest and only Honda dealership in the city, which was only 7.8 miles from where I had parked. The service technic... read more

THIS SCAM CALLED A BUSINESS I WOULDN'T RECOMEND TO ANYONE IT'S A FRUAD!! WHEN I STARTED SERVICES, I ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES "NO MATTER WHAT, IM COVERED" TO THE UNDERSTANDIND THE REP & I HAD,BECAUES IT SOUND TO GOO TO BE TRUE, & THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR 7 MONTHS, THEN THE FIRST ISSUE I HAD & NEEDED TO FILE A CLAIM IN AUGUST 2021, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE ITEMS NEEDING REPAIRED WASN'T COVERED, SO I PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR EVERYTHING. Our agent correctly indicated, on that call, that those components are not addressable under your coverage plan. I want to give the biggest shout out to GARRETT G.! He is awesome. I was having an issue with a dealership & Garrett reassured me that he would help resolve the issue.
