I called the number listed on Allstate website and it redirected to Protect My Car. It was an entirely different number and I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes before they admitted they were not Allstate. Sketchy!

I want to thank Bree Humbert at Protect My Car she went above and beyond the call of duty. The guy I spoke to regarding my policy this morning before I talk to Bree told me that my mileage in the grace period was not enough to justify covering the $2990.00 worth of work. Yesterday morning I called Protect My Car (PMC), Darchelle answered my call before i even heard it ring! I had been stressed about a higher bill than what had originally been quoted from the shop working on my car. PMC nor i was made aware of it. Not even an itemized bill was provided! I want to thank Melody champion at Protect My Car she went above and beyond the call of duty. The young lady I spoke to regarding my policy a week before I talk to Melody gave me the wrong information so when I went to go get a job done on my car my policy didn't cover it and the young lady the week before told me it did.
