This review is specifically for Mr. Jason P, no matter what happens with my claim at this point he is above reproach in the services he provides and his pleasant manner, conversation, and actions have been very much appreciated. Thanks again Mr. Jason.

Jason did a great job, he knows how to talk labor and parts. We were able to complete the work order in just one phone call, including the car rental. Great job Jason

Excellent service over the phone. A little longer wait during busy times, but worth the wait because of the individualized attention provided. Knowledgable staff who understand your vehicle needs and have your best interest in mind. I have the ambassador elite policy. If you use this company it's worth the extra cost to get premium coverage

I am not the agreement holder, but I work for a shop which was seeking to have a repair covered. I found that the representative from "Protect My Car" was very thorough and stepped "outside of the box" to help our mutual client out when he needed it. Personally, I have never had a company help a customer the way that PMC did on this occasion. I cannot give Jason Pierre enough kudos for doing everything he could to help out a customer.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioner in my vehicle, the ac was covered but not the hose. I spoke with Michael Graham, who then connected me with Victor. Both of these gentlemen were God sent. They actually went above and beyond to take care of the issue and I saved $1,000.00. I definitely appreciate all the effort to guarantee your customers satisfaction. Thank You!

PMC has proven themselves once again and provided A++++ service. I needed a transmission for my 2003 Honda Odyssey. I had options which were completely explained from the beginning. I was using a contracted finance company at the transmission dealer so went with the transmission from the company. I was grateful to have options that worked for my situation.
